Frank's Cottages 2, 3 and 4 — comfortably sleep 7 guests (60 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom). An 8th guest can be accommodated if they are happy to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

All cottages have a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Yes! Frank's Cottages has four independent cottages that can be rented simultaneously — ideal for large groups, family gatherings or companies organising team retreats.

You can rent anywhere from two to all four cottages at once, accommodating groups of up to several dozen people within the same complex while each group keeps their own private space. Get in touch for a tailored group quote.

Yes. A security deposit of 500 PLN per cottage is collected at check-in. This covers any damage that may occur during your stay.

The deposit is accepted in cash only and is returned in full at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been found.

A private jacuzzi exclusively for guests is available in Cottage 1 and Cottage 4. The jacuzzi is available until 10:00 PM.

Cabins 2 and 3 do not have a jacuzzi. Occasionally it is possible to rent jacuzzi access if Cabins 1 or 4 are not occupied on those dates — ask when booking.

Yes, use of the private jacuzzi is included in the price of the stay in Cottage 1 and Cottage 4 — with no additional charges. The jacuzzi is available exclusively for guests of that cottage.

Cottages 2 and 3 do not have their own jacuzzi access. However, if Cottage 1 or Cottage 4 is unoccupied during your stay, guests of Cottage 2 or 3 may be able to use the jacuzzi for an additional fee. This must be arranged in advance with the owner — please call us to discuss availability and pricing.

Absolutely! Frank's Cottages is one of the most family-friendly places to stay in Szczawnica. On site you will find:

• Our exclusive outdoor adventure game — Spirits of Pieniny (only at Frank's Cottages)

• Board games for all age groups
• Educational mats, building blocks and toys for toddlers

Please note that children must be supervised by adults at all times. The property includes features such as the jacuzzi, which is not always covered — please take extra care.

Yes, Frank's Cottages has 8 free parking spaces available exclusively for guests. The manager will show you your designated space at check-in.

Unfortunately, a complete ban on animals applies at Frank's Cottages. This is out of care for the comfort of subsequent guests and to maintain high cleaning standards.

Yes, the BBQ hut is open throughout the year. It is not heated in the conventional sense, but it is well-insulated and the fireplace inside keeps things warm and cosy even on cooler days.

The hut is also equipped with hot and cold running water and a guest toilet.

We don't run our own bike rental, but there is a friendly rental shop just a short distance away. Please get in touch with us for more details — we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Frank's Cottages is an excellent base for exploring Pieniny. Nearby you will find:

• Pieniny hiking trails — right at the property (Przechyba trail, Homole Gorge, Trzy Korony, Sokolica)
• Zaskalnik Waterfall — approx. 500 m
• Grajcarek Promenade — approx. 500 m (the longest spa promenade in Poland)
• Palenica — gondola lift and gravity slide — approx. 1.5 km
• Dunajec River Rafting — approx. 2 km
• Szczawnica town centre — accessible by tourist train or on foot

Absolutely yes! In winter Szczawnica and Pieniny offer unique experiences: skiing and snowboarding at Palenica, an ice rink in the town centre, picturesque snow-covered trails. Cabins with jacuzzi (Cottage 1 and 4) are especially charming in winter — soaking in the hot water on a frosty day with views of snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience.
