Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, after receiving the keys from the manager.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, after contacting the manager. Early check-out is possible by prior arrangement.

The guest is obliged to inspect the cottage condition (furniture, windows, appliances) within one hour of arrival and report any damage or defects to the manager.

The guest is obliged to return the cottage in the condition found — in particular to leave washed dishes and kitchen equipment. Non-compliance results in a deduction from the deposit of a cleaning fee of 300 PLN.

Refundable deposit: 500 PLN, collected on arrival. It is returned after check-out and inspection of the cottage by the cleaning service.

The guest is financially liable for any damage caused by their fault during the stay. Repairs are settled first from the deposit.

A complete ban on animals applies at Frank's Cottages.

The presence of animals affects the comfort of subsequent guests — allergens and fur can make it difficult to maintain high cleaning standards.

Frank's Cottages has 8 parking spaces reserved exclusively for guests.

The manager will inform you of your designated parking space. Please park only in the indicated space.

Frank's Cottages are equipped with underfloor heating that works automatically.

Guests cannot adjust the temperature themselves. If the temperature needs adjusting and affects your comfort, please contact the property manager pod numer 533 727 287.

Please sort waste according to applicable rules. Recycling bins are located between the cabins.

A complete ban on smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products applies throughout all cottages.

Ashtrays are available at the front and rear of each cottage. Prosimy o korzystanie exclusively z wyznaczonych miejsc i niedeponowanie niedopałków poza przeznaczonymi do tego pojemnikami.

Each cottage has a BBQ grill intended for the exclusive use of guests of that cottage.

BBQ Grills are placed in designated spots and must not be moved under any circumstances.

It is forbidden to place grills:

• on terraces
• near wooden structural elements
• near building walls
• in places that could create a fire hazard

Please respect the comfort of other guests.

Quiet hours obowiązuje codziennie w godzinach 22:00–07:00.

1. Before entering the jacuzzi, shower thoroughly with soap and warm water.
2. No jumping into the jacuzzi. Enter using the steps only. Do not sit on the edge of the tub.
3. Do not bring any chemical products into the jacuzzi area — this includes shampoos, soaps, oils and bath salts.
4. Glass is strictly prohibited. If any glassware breaks, please inform the manager immediately.
5. No eating or drinking while in the jacuzzi.
6. It is recommended that a single session does not exceed 20 minutes. The jacuzzi should only be used by guests who are in good health.
7. Allowing water to overflow can cause the unit to overheat and sustain damage.
8. The jacuzzi must not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
9. Please cover the jacuzzi with the thermal lid during every break in use.
10. The jacuzzi area is monitored for the safety of guests.
11. Footwear must be removed before entering the jacuzzi.
12. The jacuzzi must not be used under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances.
13. A maximum of 6 people may use the jacuzzi at the same time. Please adjust the number of users to the capacity of the unit.
14. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Use of the jacuzzi after this time is strictly prohibited.

On the property there is a year-round BBQ hut available for an additional fee.
